As Mainers, we don’t always realize how easy we have it. Life in the Pine Tree State is very good indeed.

But, something new to this website will be contributions ranging from film photography to the best thrift stores around town. The best stuff for the least amount of money is a passion of mine.

If you are wondering about the name Dirigo, let me enlighten you. In Latin, Dirigo means “I lead” and it is our state motto. I hope our adventures get you off the couch and into the great outdoors.
